Automated External Defibrillation (AED)

The Emergency First Response Automated External Defibrillation (AED) course builds on the skills learned in the Primary Care (CPR) course to teach proper use of an AED. This life saving device can increase a patient’s chance of survival from a cardiac arrest by fifty percent. During this course you’ll review the basic principles of Primary Care (CPR) and learn how to deploy and use an AED in an emergency situation.
